Every cup of coffee tells a story. Mine begins in Mexico, in my childhood kitchen, where my mother would lovingly prepare my first cups of coffee – more milk than coffee – to help me wake up for elementary school.

As the years passed, coffee became the heart of our family traditions. Sunday mornings at my grandmother's house were marked by the gentle ritual of coffee sweetened with honey, creating a space where stories flowed as freely as the coffee. These moments weren't just about the drink – they were about connection, family, and the warmth of being together.

Today, Frida's Coffee Home carries these cherished memories across borders. Though I've made Canada my new home, each cup I prepare bridges the distance, carrying the essence of those family gatherings and my Mexican heritage. Every bean we source, every batch we roast, is infused with the same love and care I learned around my family's table.

Our commitment to direct trade and fair practices isn't just business – it's an extension of the values my family instilled in me: sharing, caring, and giving back. We believe in creating positive impacts throughout our journey, from the farming families we work with to the communities we serve.
